SMS Application Developed by Mouko Featured on NPR
An SMS texting application developed by Mouko, LLC for HealthyStuff.org was featured on NPR on KQED Radio in Northern California. The application allows users to look for the level of lead in toys and children’s products by sending the key word “toys” followed by the name of a product in an SMS text message to 30644. The application also has a Spanish language version; just use the keyword “juguetes” instead of toys.

“Do Your Homework,” says LA Times: Use a Website Developed by Mouko
In its November 20, 2010 feature about toxic chemicals in toys and children’s products, the Los Angeles Times directs its readers toward HealthyStuff.org, a website developed and maintained by Mouko . We created the site for the Ann Arbor, Michigan based Ecology Center and we continue to provide web development expertise, data updates, and assistance.

Mouko Chosen as Girls Group Web Developers
Mouko is proud to announce that we have been hired to develop a brand new web site for Girls Group. It is an Ann Arbor, Michigan-based organization “dedicated to helping high school girls achieve emotional and economic security through expanded educational and professional opportunities (source: mlive.com).” We will be creating a custom website using the Drupal content management system (CMS), creating an online donation system using Authorize.NET, and performing ongoing web development and design.

Featured Projects EcoRide 2.0 We developed a competitive virtual Flash bike ride as a fundraiser for the EcoRide, an annual bike ride for the environment in Ann Arbor. HealthyStuff.org We were the website developers HealthyStuff.org chose to build their database of toxic chemical results. The Ecology Center The Ecology Center hired another web developer to design their web site and regretted it. We finished it for them.
