EcoRide 2.0

Ann Arbor, Michigan — July 6, 2010 — Mouko is proud to announce the release of the Ecology Center EcoRide 2.0, an Adobe Flash-based virtual ride for the environment. EcoRide 2.0 is a fun and innovative way to do online fund raising for the Ecology Center. Just like in a “real world” fund-raising race, virtual Eco-Riders can set fund-raising goals for themselves and raise money for the Ecology Center’s programs for a safe and healthy environment. Riders can send messages to friends and family, soliciting support via email for them to make a secure online donation. In the spirit of competition, visitors can see individual riders in the race, and can also see competitors and how much they’ve raised, with the winner receiving a new bike donated by Wheels In Motion. EcoRide 2.0 also offers a feature allowing virtual riders to create or join real-world races in which others can take part.
